Tim has worked in the social work field for several years and is a Certfied Community Health Worker and also currently serves as the Executive Director for the Drug Free Wayne County Partnership. Tim is certified in Motivational Interviewing, and has completed training in family building strategies such as: Family Centered Therapy, and Trust Based Relational Intervention.
Niki is an Occupational Therapist specializing in Driver Rehabilitation Services. She received her Master's degree with a focus in mental health at Indiana University School of Health and Human Services.

Duane and Jamie are both pastors with special training in marriage and family. Together they planted a church in Brookville, IN. Their background in ministry includes working with middle school aged kids, married couples, and christian education.
