What is Go and Grow?

The“Go and Grow” program is designed to strengthen families through two concurrent strategies.

The “Go” portion of the program seeks to address transportation barriers many families face through a personalized case-management style approach.  Families enrolled in the transportation program will participate in educational workshops as well.

The “Grow” component of the program is built to empower and equip families through educational and interactive workshops. Bridges for Life has partnered with multiple community partners to come together to offer these valuable workshops.  Workshops will be open to the public.

"GO" - How does a family receive transportation support?

Families who are seeking to receive transportation support can contact us to determine eligibility. A Bridges for Life team member will meet with families to discuss details of the program and offer support whenever possible.

"GROW" - What are the workshops about?

All workshops are designed to strengthen families with practical, real-life support. Local community providers have partnered with Bridges for Life to bring valuable teaching and resources to Wayne County families through this program. While transportation incentives are based on e;eligibility, workshops are open to the public.
